Company Introduction:

CoinClan is a licensed & regulated cryptocurrency exchange company.

We are currently operating in Australia, the EU, the UK, Canada & Thailand. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P, and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant in all of the countries and P2P platforms where we operate.

We have longer-term plans to build our own platform. We are now looking to expand our business to several other countries, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil, Mexico, the US & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and be in charge of developing, brand-new products from scratch
• Turn product ideas into real products for all users of our cryptocurrency exchange.
• Work alongside our development team as a project manager as needed

Requirements:

• You are a builder & like to create stuff that hasn’t existed before.
• Your communication is top-notch. Your stakeholders love you, even when they disagree with you.
• You are an established product leader. You have built products used by 100s of millions of users. Even better if you have scaled a product from millions to billions.
• You can hire folks smarter than you. To change the world, we need the best in the world and you know how to source and close these superstars.
• You can make your manager’s job easier, which means you can do his job if needed. You most likely will have to, given a fast-growing start-up environment
• You have 2 years of experience in building products at a scale
• If you have crypto experience it is a plus, but not required
• You have managed/worked alongside tech teams and managed product managers before
• You have executive-level verbal and written communication skills
• You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• You can work with remote teams spread across the world
• Must know how to speak and read Chinese. China is our next target market. A Senior Product Manager who can speak Chinese will help establish partnerships, attract Chinese investments, and foster business-to-business relationships. This ability will also enable better communication with our tech team members who primarily speak Chinese. Overall, we need someone who has experience in the Chinese market and can collaborate with team members in Chinese.
